slow bar service unreplaced bed linen

the location was acceptable, being close enough to everything but not in a super busy area.

I found the bar service in the entrance area quite slow (i suspect the bartender was new). there also seemed to be a long wait time for drinks. i also disliked that the bed linen was not replaced . It was a bit of a letdown.

I really appreciated the hotel's private pier. It allowed direct arrival by water taxi from the airport. the internal courtyard garden was a serene space, great for a calm moment. breakfast offered a wide choice of fresh food and excellent patisserie.

The location is very convenient, offering easy access to key attractions (especially the park nearby). The hotel boasts a refined design with modern rooms that are well-kept. I found the staff attentive and friendly. The bar features a superb whisky selection. This was a good surprise.

The wait time for coffee during breakfast was somewhat extended.

Really good Hotel Experience

beautifully designed room spacious room thoughtful gesture

The washroom included nice amenities. I appreciated the team accepting a late check-out request for my mom's prayer time. The team was thoughtful. The meet-and-greet service proved helpful since this visit marked my first time. The breakfast buffet displayed a wide choice of fresh food.

Finding open places for dining proved challenging past 9 PM. This was during my January stay.

The hotel is excellently located for discovering sights. If, like me, one prefers a more local feel of things. The water taxi from the airport stops at Arsenal right in front of the hotel's main entrance! Its waterfront location creates atmospheric views.

attentive staff supportive staff difficult process frustrating process

The staff were attentive. Especially the head of staff was very supportive and helpful.

i asked for a late checkout to accommodate my mom's prayer time, but it was like pulling teeth to get it approved. the whole process was more difficult than it should have been. it was quite frustrating.
