The washroom included nice amenities. I appreciated the team accepting a late check-out request for my mom's prayer time. The team was thoughtful. The meet-and-greet service proved helpful since this visit marked my first time. The breakfast buffet displayed a wide choice of fresh food.

Finding open places for dining proved challenging past 9 PM. This was during my January stay.

i asked for a late checkout to accommodate my mom's prayer time, but it seemed like pulling teeth to get it approved. the whole process was more difficult than it should have been. it was quite frustrating.
